Developed five categories of cytotoxic molecules with different mechanisms: Tubulysin- microtubule inhibitors; Amanitin - RNA polymerase inhibitors; PBD - DNA small groove binding molecules; Camptothecin – DNA Topoisomerase I inhibitors, and Duocarmycin - DNA alkylation molecules. Developed more than 30 ADC linkers, which can be conjugated with different classes of antibodies, including bispecific antibodies, multi-specific antibodies, nanobodies and other biologically active molecules.
